RA will work under the supervision of the Research Coordinator and research site co-investigator Dr. Fritz Pino. The successful applicant with work on:Conducting participant recruitment. Facilitating training sessions for participants on photovoice methodology. Co-facilitating focus group discussions. Overseeing participant progress in capturing photographs. Assisting in data management and analysis Attending regular meetings with research team.



Position Requirements
Graduate student in Education, Psychology, Faculty of Arts, Nursing or related field. Knowledge of or experience working with 2S/LGBTQI+ populations. Familiarity with participatory action research methods, especially Photovoice, is an asset. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a research team.
