About Market Strategy & Understanding Research:
The Market Strategy & Understanding Research (MSU) Service Line works with our clients on Foundational, Branding, and Shopper & Retail research. Our insights help clients understand the size and composition of a market, the current consumer profile, the target consumer and how to engage them, and the shopper experience and purchase journey. We also specialize in brand equity, brand assets, brand stretch and open category opportunities (e.g. whitespace).
