Purpose of the Job
The mission of the Requirements Management Lead is to ensure Objectives Implementation and follow-up of the Requirement Management process. Establish traceability of compliance to technical requirements focusing on Contract execution and fulfillment of the customer's requirements. Development and fulfillment of technical requirements emerging all along the Engineering process
Responsibilities
The Requirement Manager will:

• Responsible for application of the requirements management process within their scope
• Support tools implementation
• Provide support (tools and process) to the process users (SYS Engineers, etc.)
• Follow-up on status of Requirements (allocation, acceptance by Sub-Systems, coverage) with client/ Consortium through Doors Support consistency analysis (in coordination with the System Engineering Manager
• Support change impact analysis (in coordination with the Configuration Manager)
• In this framework, the Requirements Manager shall manage the (technical) requirements of the project and to contribute to identify inconsistencies between those requirements and the project's plans and design outputs
• Requirement Management scope is to manage Project requirements (covered by the project plan), which will be dispatched to the management entities in order to be met
• Technical requirements (product requirements and operational requirements), during the whole product life cycle, from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) to the Finaly Quality Approval (FQA)
• Provide regular updates on the level of compliance to the contract requirements, which will include both internally and to the Client

Educational requirements
University degree in Engineering
PEng, or in process
Qualifications

• 5 years experience as a Project Manager or strong experience as DOORs database administrator
• General technical knowledge in railways
• Be open to innovative engineering, new equipment, methods, tools
• Systematic, detail oriented
• Able to animate discussions and identify and escalate issues
• Ability to propose improvements to automate activity through tool or new ways of working
• Fair knowledge of the subsystems included in a Transport System and understand the technical decomposition of the system.
