WORK CONDITION
Work schedule on irregular rotation according to the needs of the kitchen.
11 working hours per day alternating day/night.
HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD
Reporting to the production chefs and working in a safe, unique, and motivating environment. You will be responsible for executing cafeteria meals according to pre-established menus. Your main duties will be:
Prepare and/or cook vegetables, salads, and cold buffets.
Perform breakfast food preparation.
Perform daily meal set-ups.
Provide salad bar supplies and service.
Offer a quality service in compliance with hygiene regulations.
Manage food storage and preservation.
PROFILE REQUIRED
Vocational diploma in professional cooking.
Relevant experience in institutional cooking.
Completed food hygiene and safety training (MAPAQ).
