About the Role

Stampede Movers is looking for a highly outgoing, energetic, people-focused individual to become our Reputation Development Specialist for the Calgary & Red Deer regions.

Your job is simple but highly impactful:

You will engage with customers in person, gather their feedback about their experience, and guide them to share that feedback on the correct company profile. You will help us strengthen our online reputation and customer trust as we continue expanding across Alberta.

This position is fully performance-based with no hourly wage. High performers consistently earn $100,000+/year.

What You'll Be Doing

Engage with 20-40 customers daily (in person) Achieve 14 successful customer feedback interactions/day Help customers share feedback on the appropriate Stampede business profile Track and document all daily interactions Monitor local customer sentiment for Calgary & Red Deer Submit daily reports Represent Stampede Movers with professionalism and positivity

This role is 100% performance-based.
