En tant que representant commercial, pour le portefeuille Sage de Stryker, vous serez responsable de la planification, de la direction et de la coordination de la vente des produits aux hopitaux et aux cliniciens afin d'obtenir une rentabilite maximale. Vous etablirez des plans strategiques et tactiques pour votre territoire et vous travaillerez pour devenir un partenaire de confiance pour les medecins, le personnel infirmier et d'autres membres du personnel hospitalier. De plus, vous serez un membre precieux et contributeur de l'equipe medicale de Stryker alors que nous travaillons ensemble pour soutenir la mission et les valeurs de Stryker.
Former et informer le personnel infirmier, les responsables des soins infirmiers et le personnel concerne quant a l'utilisation et a l'entretien appropries des produits Sage
Diriger les evaluations de produits
Resoudre les problemes de produits pour les clients de maniere acceleree
Gerer et maintenir un echantillon d'inventaire de produits
Maintenir et proteger la base d'affaires actuelle en veillant a ce que l'entreprise actuelle soit intacte, en protegeant les principaux comptes et en etablissant et en maintenant une solide relation de travail sur le territoire
Accroitre les ventes pour depasser la croissance de l'annee precedente. La croissance des ventes devrait inclure toutes les gammes de produits. De plus, developper les activites de vente des comptes d'entreprise et des OGA
Les taches administratives comprennent : les appels de vente hebdomadaires et les rapports de retroaction au directeur regional; fournir divers rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels, au besoin
Organiser et planifier a l'aide de Salesforce
Developper une connaissance approfondie des produits, des concurrents et du marche
Deplacements : FastTrack et autres formations, reunion annuelle des ventes mondiales, reunion regionale des ventes (deux fois par an), territoire - deux a six nuitees par mois selon le territoire, service - necessite habituellement la nuit et les fins de semaine comme prevu par le representant des ventes externes avec son client
Ce dont vous avez besoin
Requis :
Diplome universitaire
Au moins deux ans d'experience dans le domaine des ventes externes ou deux ans d'experience clinique
Preferences :
Diplome en administration des affaires avec specialisation en marketing OU diplome dans une discipline liee a la sante, en science ou en kinesiologie
Au moins deux ans d'experience dans la vente de dispositifs medicaux ou en milieu clinique
Autres renseignements :
Doit pouvoir voyager (au sol et par avion) pour soutenir les responsabilites du territoire ainsi que les taches et obligations liees a l'entreprise
Les candidats internes ayant une combinaison equivalente de formation, d'experience et de performance au fil du temps chez Stryker seront pris en consideration
Doit detenir un permis de conduire valide
Notre siege social canadien est situe en Ontario. Pour les postes bases au Quebec, la maitrise de l'anglais peut etre requise lorsque les fonctions du poste necessitent des communications frequentes, orales et ecrites, avec des equipes situees a l'exterieur du Quebec, notamment en Ontario et aux Etats-Unis, et ce, dans un contexte ou les documents de travail, les outils technologiques et les reunions se deroulent principalement en anglais. What you will do:
As Sales Representative, for Stryker's Sage portfolio, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the selling of products to hospitals and clinicians to obtain maximum profitability. You will set strategy and tactical plans for your territory, and work to become a trusted partner to doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff. Additionally, you will serve as a valuable and contributing member of the Stryker Medical team as we work together to support Stryker's Mission and Values.
Educates and informs nurses, nursing leadership, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Sage products
Directs product evaluations.
Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion
Managing and maintaining a sample of inventory of products
Maintain and protect the current base of business ensuring the current business is intact, guarding major accounts and building and maintaining a strong working relationship in the territory
Grow sales to surpass the previous year's growth. Sales growth should include all product lines. Additionally, develop Corporate Account and GPO sales activity
Administrative duties include: Weekly sales calls and feedback reports to the Regional Manager; provide various monthly, quarterly and annual reports as requested
Organize and plan utilizing Salesforce
Develop extensive product, competitor and market knowledge
Travel: FastTrack and other training, Yearly Global Sales Meeting, Regional Sales Meeting (2 times per year), Territory - 2 to 6 overnights per month depending on the territory, In-Servicing - routinely requires night and weekends as planned by the Outside Sale Representative with their customer
What you need
Required:
University Degree
2+ years outside sales or clinical experience
Preferred:
Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health-related discipline, science, or kinesiology
2+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales or clinical setting
Additional Information:
Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
Must have a valid driver's license

For positions based in Quebec, proficiency in English may be required when the duties of the position involve frequent oral and written communication with teams located outside Quebec, particularly in Ontario and the United States, in a context where work documents, technological tools, and meetings are primarily conducted in English. This requirement is therefore directly related to the nature of the tasks to be performed and the responsibilities of the position.
