Sommaire
Ce role consiste a accroitre le chiffre d'affaires de l'entreprise en generant des ventes aupres de clients existants et nouveaux. A cette fin, le Consultant en Secheresse Oculaire identifiera, qualifiera et finalisera les comptes interesses par les produits et services de l'organisation. Il collaborera egalement avec les canaux de vente afin de sensibiliser aux offres de l'entreprise et d'initier de nouvelles opportunites commerciales pour augmenter la part de marche et atteindre les objectifs financiers.
Responsabilites
Servir de point de contact unique pour les comptes cles ; executer tous les services pour le client, tels que tests, mise en oeuvre, formation et support continu.
Developper et entretenir des relations au sein des comptes assignes ; ameliorer l'utilisation des produits et services par les clients.
Collaborer avec les contacts clients, jusqu'aux cadres superieurs, afin de definir les besoins et proposer des solutions.
Identifier et cibler de nouvelles opportunites de ventes.
Promouvoir et maintenir l'image et l'identite de marque de l'organisation sur le marche.
Garantir la satisfaction globale des clients.
Realiser et developper des revues trimestrielles et annuelles des comptes afin de gerer efficacement leur cycle de vie.
Promouvoir la connaissance des nouveaux produits et services aupres des comptes.
Soutenir les initiatives de formation et l'integration des nouvelles recrues.
Effectuer d'autres taches necessaires pour soutenir les initiatives commerciales.
Participer a tous les salons professionnels regionaux du secteur.

Qualifications
Baccalaureat minimum en sciences, en affaires ou experience equivalente pertinente.
Autonomie, sens de l'organisation et perseverance.
Excellentes competences en communication, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit.
Capacite a communiquer efficacement des informations cles a tous les publics.
Solides competences en conseil et accompagnement.
Capacite a evaluer les besoins des clients, elaborer des propositions et fournir des solutions.
Competences superieures en vente, incluant la gestion du processus et du cycle de vente, la planification, la vente basee sur les besoins, l'analyse post-appel et le suivi, le developpement des relations et la conclusion des ventes.
Competences informatiques : MS Office, e-mail, Internet, logiciel de gestion de la relation client (Salesforce).
Capacite a etablir et maintenir des relations durables avec les departements corporatifs, les partenaires cles et autres parties prenantes.
Excellentes competences en negociation et diplomatie, avec un haut degre de tact et de persuasion

Summary
This role involves increasing company revenue by generating sales from new and existing customers. To this end, the Dry Eye Consultant will identify, qualify, and close accounts seeking the organizations products and services. They will also work with sales channels to raise awareness of company offerings and initiate new business ventures in order to increase market share and meet fiscal goals.
Job Duties
Serve as a single-point-of-contact for key accounts; execute all services for client, such as testing, implementation, training, and ongoing support.
Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts; improve client utilization and product/service adoption rates.
Collaborate with customer contacts, up to and including senior level executives, in order to define needs and provide solutions.
Identify and target new business sales opportunities
Promote and maintain the organization's brand image and identity within the marketplace.
Ensure overall client satisfaction.
Conduct and develop quarterly and annual account reviews in order to effectively manage account lifecycles.
Promote awareness of new products and services to accounts.
Support training initiatives and new hires.
Attend all regional industry tradeshows
Other tasks as needed to support business initiatives
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in science, Business or equivalent relevant experience.
Self-motivated, organized, and tenacious.
Superior communication skills, both spoken and written
Able to effectively communicate key information to all audiences.
Strong consultative skills.
Skilled at assessing client needs, developing proposals, and delivering solutions.
Superior sales skills including sales process and cycle management, planning, needs based selling, post call analysis and follow up, relationship building, closing.
Computer skills: including: MS Office, e-mail, internet, customer relationship management software (SalesForce).
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners and other stakeholders.
