Representant(e ) des Ventes Internes

, tu es au coeur de notre croissance. Tu soutiens l'equipe des ventes dans la qualification des leads, la prospection, le suivi client et la gestion des petites commandes. Tu auras unposte concu comme une fonction de developpement, avec l'opportunite d'evoluer vers un role de Responsable des Ventes par la suite.

Responsabilites cles



Soutenir les Responsables des ventes dans le developpement du pipeline et la gestion des clients. Qualifier les leads entrants et sortants dans HubSpot et assurer un suivi rapide. Effectuer les premiers contacts (appels, courriels, LinkedIn) avec les prospects et planifier des rencontres pour les Responsables des ventes. Faire de la recherche de comptes, contacts et territoires pour alimenter les campagnes ciblees. Aider a la preparation de propositions, presentations et reponses aux appels d'offres. Maintenir l'exactitude des donnees dans le CRM et consigner toutes les activites. Collaborer avec le Marketing pour le suivi des campagnes, evenements et leads generes en salons. Produire des rapports reguliers sur la conversion des leads, les activites de prospection et la contribution au pipeline. Gerer directement les petites commandes : qualification, proposition, conclusion et coordination avec le Service a la clientele pour la livraison/installation. Transferer les opportunites plus importantes ou strategiques au Responsable concerne.

Ton impact se mesurera a travers:



Nombre de leads qualifies generes et transferes aux Responsables des ventes. Taux de conversion leads ? opportunites. Volume d'activites (appels, courriels, rencontres planifiees). Revenus generes par les petites commandes. Delai de conversion des petites opportunites (cycle de vente). Qualite et completude des donnees CRM. Feedback des Responsables sur la reactivite et la qualite du support.

Qualifications requises



Baccalaureat en administration, marketing ou domaine connexe (ou experience equivalente). 1 a 3 ans d'experience en ventes, idealement en B2B. Maitrise de l'anglais et du francais, autant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit (le titulaire du poste devra communiquer avec des clients a l'international) Organisation, rigueur et motivation pour apprendre. Esprit d'equipe avec ambition d'evoluer vers un role terrain. Orientation resultats.

Atouts:



Maitrise des outils CRM (HubSpot prefere) un atout Connaissances d'un systeme ERP - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM, Smartsheet, Sharepoint Avoir un permis de conduire valide et etre en mesure de disposer, au besoin, d'un vehicule automobile

Position: Inside Sales Representative



About the Role:

As an

Inside Sales Representative

, you are at the heart of our growth strategy. You will support the sales team in lead qualification, prospecting, client follow-up, and managing smaller orders. This position is designed as a

developmental role

, offering the opportunity to progress toward a

Sales Manager

position in the future.

Responsibilities:



Support Sales Managers in pipeline development and client relationship management. Qualify inbound and outbound leads in

HubSpot

and ensure timely follow-up. Make initial contact with prospects (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and schedule meetings for Sales Managers. Research accounts, contacts, and territories to fuel targeted campaigns. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs. Maintain accurate CRM data and log all activities. Collaborate with Marketing to track campaign results, event follow-ups, and trade show leads. Produce regular reports on lead conversion, prospecting activity, and pipeline contribution. Manage small orders directly -- from qualification and proposal to closing and coordination with Customer Service for delivery/installation. Transfer larger or strategic opportunities to the appropriate Sales Manager.

Your Impact Will Be Measured By



Number of qualified leads generated and transferred to Sales Managers. Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate. Volume of activity (calls, emails, meetings scheduled). Revenue generated from small orders. Sales cycle time for small opportunities. Accuracy and completeness of CRM data. Feedback from Sales Managers on responsiveness and quality of support.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of experience in sales, ideally in a

B2B environment

. Excellent command of

English and French

, both written and spoken (the role involves communication with international clients). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn. Team player with the ambition to grow into a field sales role. Results-driven and proactive attitude.

Assets



Proficiency with

CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

. Familiarity with

ERP systems

such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM, Smartsheet, or SharePoint. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle when required.

Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. -- Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
