Relevant du gestionnaire de l'equipe de vente, le representant des ventes, Sante des femmes et marques etablies, est responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs annuels de vente et d'affaires dans son secteur geographique. Ces objectifs sont atteints en etablissant des partenariats avec des medecins et d'autres professionnels de la sante dans des cliniques de sante, des pharmacies et des hopitaux universitaires et communautaires, dans le but de modifier les habitudes de prescription, de combler les lacunes en matiere de soins de sante et d'ameliorer les resultats pour les patients et leur qualite de vie dans les domaines la dermatologie, de la contraception, de l'hormonotherapie de la menopause, de l'asthme et de la medecine respiratoire.
Responsabilites
Le representant des ventes - Sante des femmes et marques etablies :
Demontrer efficacement qu'il est responsable des affaires sur le territoire qui lui est assigne en comprenant parfaitement l'environnement des soins de sante, en evaluant et en identifiant les clients cles (professionnels de la sante) et en s'engageant dans la bonne combinaison d'activites pour soutenir le(s) produit(s) assigne(s) tout en garantissant une approche axee sur le client.
Penser et agir de maniere strategique pour developper et mettre en oeuvre un plan d'affaires territorial qui permettra d'atteindre les resultats de vente du territoire et les objectifs de l'organisation.
Developper des relations de confiance avec les grands comptes.
La capacite a travailler en equipe et individuellement est essentielle.
Representer Organon dans un environnement commercial complexe qui est constamment faconne par les activites concurrentielles, la legislation gouvernementale, les pratiques cliniques et les developpements technologiques.
Education, Experience et Competences Requises
Baccalaureat (sciences, un atout)
Resultats prouves en tant que representant pharmaceutique (minimum 3-5 ans)
La connaissance des marches/produits de la sante feminine (contraception et traitement hormonal de la menopause), la dermatologie, et de l'asthme est un atout majeur.
Sens aigu des affaires et esprit des comptes cles
Capacite a apprendre rapidement et a communiquer clairement des concepts et des donnees scientifiques
Capacite a s'engager dans une discussion complexe sur la prise en charge des patients ou le candidat peut utiliser efficacement sa connaissance de la maladie et du produit ainsi que son expertise en matiere d'acces au marche et de soutien aux patients et aux medecins pour apporter de la valeur a nos clients.
Capacite a analyser, produire, executer et suivre un plan d'affaires territorial.
Capacite averee a etablir rapidement des reseaux et des relations fondes sur la confiance et une orientation client irreprochable.
+ Grande maitrise des techniques de vente et de negociation, ainsi que de la gestion des objections et de l'adversite.
Capacite averee a travailler efficacement au sein d'une equipe interfonctionnelle sur le terrain ou au bureau.
Comprehension averee du systeme de remboursement en vigueur sur le territoire
Maitrise de la bureautique et des logiciels connexes
Capacite a voyager au niveau provincial et occasionnellement au niveau national.
Un dossier impeccable en matiere d'ethique et de conformite a toutes les regles et reglementations de l'industrie.

Reporting to the Business Manager, the Sales Representative; Women's Health & Established Brands is responsible for achieving the annual sales and business objectives within his/her geography. These objectives are achieved through partnering with physicians and other healthcare professionals in health clinics, pharmacies, and both teaching and community hospitals, with the goal of changing prescribing behaviors, closing health care gaps and improving patient outcomes and quality of life in the areas of dermatology, contraception, menopause hormone therapy, & asthma/respiratory medicine.
Responsibilities
The Sales Representative Women's Health & Established Brands:
Effectively demonstrates ownership for the business on his/her assigned territory by fully understanding the health care environment, assessing and identifying key customers (Health Care Professionals) and engaging in the right mix of activities in support of assigned product(s) while ensuring a customer-focused approach.
Think & act strategically to develop and implement territory business plan that will result in the achievement of the territory sales results and organizational goals.
Develop trusted relationships with key accounts.
The ability to work in both a team environment, as well as individually, is essential.
Represents Organon in a complex business environment that is constantly being shaped by competitive activities, government legislation, clinical practices and technological developments.
The incumbent will complete his/her tasks in a manner fully consistent with Organon's commitment to its Code of conduct, Our Values and Standards, policies, procedures, industry standards and all laws and regulations.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor's degree (Science, an asset)
Proven results as a pharmaceutical sales representative (minimum 3-5 years)
Knowledge of the Women's Health (Contraception & Menopause Hormonal Therapy), Dermatology, & Asthma markets/products is a strong asset
Strong business acumen and key account mindset
Ability to rapidly learn and clearly communicate scientific concepts and data
Ability to engage in a complex patient management discussion where the candidate can effectively use disease and product knowledge as well as market access and patient-physician support expertise to provide value to our customers
Ability to analyze, produce, execute and track a territory business plan
Proven ability to rapidly build networks and relationships based on trust and second to none customer focus
High level of proficiency in selling and negotiation skills as well as how to manage objections and adversity
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team that is field or office based
Proven understanding of the reimbursement system in the territory
Proficiency in office technology and related software
Ability to travel provincially and occasionally nationally
A spotless record of ethics and compliance to all industry rules and regulations
Valid Driver's license
