Description du poste



Nous recherchons une personne passionnee par la vente, a l'aise dans un environnement rapide et axe sur le service. Vous serez responsable du developpement des affaires, de la gestion des relations clients et de l'expansion de notre presence dans la region du Quebec.

Responsabilites principales :



Prospecter et generer de nouveaux clients (appels a froid, reseautage, references, etc.) Planifier et effectuer des rencontres clients et des visites de sites Preparer et presenter des propositions et soumissions adaptees aux besoins Maintenir de solides relations avec les clients existants pour fidelisation et ventes additionnelles Atteindre (ou depasser) les objectifs de vente mensuels et trimestriels Assurer un suivi rigoureux dans le CRM

Profil recherche :



Experience en vente (B2B un atout) Connaissance ou interet pour le secteur du nettoyage commercial Excellentes habiletes en communication et en negociation Autonomie, sens de l'organisation et rigueur Bilinguisme (francais/anglais) est un fort atout Permis de conduire valide et vehicule requis

Sales Representative

to join our dynamic team.

About the Role



We're looking for someone who is passionate about sales and thrives in a fast-paced, service-based environment. You'll be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and helping us expand our footprint in the Quebec region.

Key Responsibilities:



Prospect and generate new leads (cold calls, networking, referrals, etc.) Schedule and attend client meetings and site walk-throughs Prepare and present proposals/quotes based on client needs Maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling and retention Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Track activity and progress in CRM

What We're Looking For:



Proven sales experience (B2B preferred) Knowledge of or interest in the janitorial/commercial cleaning industry Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-starter with excellent time management Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset Valid driver's license
