La division Entreprise de Telecon cherche a embaucher un representant commercial externe pour rejoindre notre equipe de professionnels de la vente dynamiques.


Le representant commercial sera charge de developper et de maintenir une clientele tout en generant des revenus rentables pour l'organisation. Ce poste sera axe sur la creation et la conclusion de nouvelles opportunites commerciales a l'echelle nationale, tout en contribuant a la fidelisation et a la croissance des clients existants. Au-dela de la croissance, la mission consiste a toujours offrir une experience client exceptionnelle a nos clients nouveaux et existants.


Ce poste permanent a temps plein couvrira Montreal et ses environs et offre une assurance maladie ainsi que d'un regime d'epargne-retraite avec cotisation de l'entreprise des le premier jour d'emploi !

Responsabilites



Identifier et evaluer les opportunites au sein du secteur des telecommunications. Vendre aux clients nouveaux et existants des produits et services de telecommunications nouveaux, notamment, mais sans s'y limiter, le cablage structure, les reseaux de donnees, les appareils et les services geres. Cibler et gerer les comptes des clients ayant une presence regionale et nationale. Cibler et gerer les comptes des clients issus de secteurs cles, tels que les centres de donnees, les integrateurs technologiques, le secteur public et le secteur de la sante. Faire des suggestions de produits en fonction des souhaits et des besoins des clients. Localiser les clients potentiels, les transformer en prospects, puis les convertir en clients. Atteindre ou depasser les quotas de vente. Utiliser de solides competences en recherche et une connaissance approfondie des produits ou du secteur pour repondre a toutes les questions sur les produits. Tenir a jour les listes de contacts et assurer le suivi aupres des clients actuels afin de continuer a developper les relation Rediger et soumettre des commandes precises. Concevoir des solutions personnalisees et rentables pour le client. Tirer parti du systeme CRM pour developper une strategie de prospection et de vente qui garantit un niveau d'activite eleve et des taux de conclusion efficaces. Soumettre des demandes de prix et de prequalification refletant les exigences du client. Assurer la liaison avec l'equipe interne, y compris les estimateurs et la direction des operations. Etablir, entretenir et tirer parti des relations avec les fabricants et les fournisseurs.

Qualifications



Minimum 3 ans d'experience pertinente dans le domaine des telecommunications Excellentes competences en communication, capables de s'adresser efficacement a des interlocuteurs techniques comme non techniques. Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office, y compris Dynamics CRM Forte ethique professionnelle et esprit d'initiative. Faitrise des reglementations et des tendances actuelles du secteur Excellentes competences en vente et en service a la clientele Solides competences en resolution de problemes, en analyse et en gestion administrative Competences exceptionnelles en leadership et en developpement d'equipe Capacite a participer a toutes les conferences de formation commerciale hors site Connaissance approfondie des produits et competences averees en vente Solides competences en matiere de prise de parole en public pour presenter des produits ou des services aux clients Excellentes competences en communication pour effectuer des appels a froid et negocier des conditions de vente avec assurance Capacite a atteindre les delais et quotas de vente

Telecon's Enterprise division is looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative to join our team of dynamic sales professionals.


The Sales Rep will be responsible for expanding and maintaining a customer base while generating profitable returns for the organization. This role will focus on the creation and closing of new customer sales opportunities on a national scale while assisting in the retention and growth of existing clients. The mandate beyond growth is to always provide an exceptional customer experience to our new and existing customers.


This full-time, permanent opportunity will cover the Montreal and surrounding area and comes with Health Insurance Benefits as well as a Company Match RRSP right from day 1 of employment!

Responsibilities



Identifying and assessing opportunities within the telecommunications industry Selling new and existing customers on new telecommunications products and services, including but not limited to, structured cabling, data networking, devices, and managed services Specifically target and account manage customers with both a regional and a national footprint Specifically target and account manage customers from key verticals such as data centres, technology integrators, government and health care Making product suggestions according to the wants and needs of customers Locating prospective customers, generating them into leads, and eventually converting them to customers Meeting or exceeding sales quotas Using strong research skills and deep product or industry knowledge to answer any questions about the product Keeping contact lists and following up with current customers to continue building relationships Writing and submitting accurate orders Designing customized, cost-effective solutions for the client Leveraging the CRM system to develop prospecting and sales strategy that ensures high activity and effective closing ratios Submitting pricing and pre-qualification requests reflecting the client's requirements Liaising with internal team including estimators and operations management Building, maintaining, and leveraging relationships with manufacturers and suppliers

Qualifications



3+ years of industry experience Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Dynamics Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative Current knowledge of industry regulations and trends Excellent sales acumen and customer service skills Strong problem-solving, analytical, and administrative skills Exceptional leadership and team development skills Ability to attend all sales training conferences off-site Demonstrated product knowledge and sales abilities Strong public speaking skills to present product or services to customers Communication skills to confidently make cold calls or negotiate sales terms Ability to meet deadlines and sales quotas
