Nous sommes a la recherche d'un representant des ventes internes dynamique et axe sur les resultats qui excelle dans la fidelisation des clients et qui adore identifier et engager des clients potentiels. En tant que representant des ventes internes, vous jouerez un role essentiel dans la realisation de nos objectifs ambitieux en matiere d'acquisition de clients et de croissance du chiffre d'affaires.

Responsabilites :



Identifier et acquerir de maniere proactive de nouveaux prospects par le biais d'appels a froid, d'envois de courriels et d'autres strategies de generation de prospects. Maintenir et developper les relations avec les clients en reengageant les clients inactifs et en garantissant des taux de retention eleves. Promouvoir les ventes aupres des clients existants, en mettant regulierement a jour la liste des clients et en partageant des informations pertinentes sur les produits. Communiquer clairement les avantages et les applications des produits aux clients potentiels et existants, en repondant a leurs besoins specifiques. Repondre rapidement aux demandes de renseignements et aux plaintes des clients, en veillant a ce qu'elles soient resolues rapidement et efficacement. Fournir des devis precis aux clients potentiels, adaptes a leurs besoins. Gerer l'integration des clients, y compris la creation de contrats, le traitement des commandes et l'envoi des confirmations. Atteindre ou depasser regulierement les objectifs et les quotas de vente.

Exigences et Competences



3 a 4 ans d'experience

en vente interne, service a la clientele ou centre d'appels. Experience en

vente de produits de detail ou B2B

. Connaissance du

cycle complet de vente

(prospection, suivi, conclusion) souhaitee. Connaissance intermediaire d'Excel. Vous devez etre bilingue en anglais et en francais. Avoir termine l'ecole secondaire Diplome d'etudes secondaires (DES)
