En tant que Repr\xc3\xa9sentant - ventes externes, vous serez charg\xc3\xa9 de d\xc3\xa9velopper de nouveaux prospects et d\'interagir avec les clients assign\xc3\xa9s afin d\'augmenter les ventes et la marge des produits et/ou services de l\'entreprise. Vous vous concentrerez principalement sur les activit\xc3\xa9s de vente en face \xc3\xa0 face et de gestion des comptes afin d\'atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d\'affaires en \xc3\xa9valuant les besoins des clients et en sugg\xc3\xa9rant des produits, des services et/ou des solutions appropri\xc3\xa9s, tout en garantissant un processus de vente sans heurts. Vous devrez faire preuve d\'un certain degr\xc3\xa9 de cr\xc3\xa9ativit\xc3\xa9 et de latitude. Vous devrez vous engager \xc3\xa0 tous les niveaux de l\'organisation des clients, y compris au niveau technique, des op\xc3\xa9rations, de la cha\xc3\xaene d\'approvisionnement et de la direction. Vous pourrez \xc3\xaatre amen\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 \xc3\xa9laborer et \xc3\xa0 pr\xc3\xa9senter des offres de vente, des pr\xc3\xa9sentations, des propositions et/ou des d\xc3\xa9monstrations de produits.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :

  • Ex\xc3\xa9cuter et d\xc3\xa9velopper le(s) plan(s) de compte client assign\xc3\xa9(s) qui sont d\xc3\xa9velopp\xc3\xa9(s) en collaboration avec la direction.
  • Mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des initiatives en mati\xc3\xa8re de marge de facturation par le biais de services \xc3\xa0 valeur ajout\xc3\xa9e, de programmes de marketing et de l\'engagement des fournisseurs.
  • Contacter des clients potentiels, y compris par des appels et en d\xc3\xa9veloppant des pistes par le biais de canaux de r\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence.
  • Communiquer avec les clients et les prospects afin d\'identifier et de comprendre leurs besoins en mati\xc3\xa8re de produits ou de services ; identifier et sugg\xc3\xa9rer des produits et des services pour r\xc3\xa9pondre \xc3\xa0 leur besoins.
  • D\xc3\xa9montrer les fonctions et l\'utilit\xc3\xa9 des produits ou des services aux clients en fonction de leurs besoins.
  • Veiller \xc3\xa0 la satisfaction des clients par une communication permanente et la gestion des relations ; r\xc3\xa9soudre tout probl\xc3\xa8me pouvant survenir apr\xc3\xa8s la vente.
  • Maintenir la communication avec les clients existants et ant\xc3\xa9rieurs, en les informant des nouveaux produits, services et am\xc3\xa9liorations susceptibles de les int\xc3\xa9resser.
  • Utiliser les outils de gestion des ventes pour la planification des ventes, la planification des fournisseurs et la documentation des opportunit\xc3\xa9s.
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper et approfondir sa connaissance des produits gr\xc3\xa2ce \xc3\xa0 la formation dispens\xc3\xa9e par WESCO et les fournisseurs.
  • D\xc3\xa9velopper des relations solides avec les fournisseurs, notamment en organisant r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement des visites de vente conjointes.
  • Fournir des devis directement ou en collaboration avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de soutien aux ventes.
Qualifications :
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me de fin d\'\xc3\xa9tudes secondaires ou \xc3\xa9quivalent exig\xc3\xa9 ; le baccalaur\xc3\xa9at est pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rable.
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience pr\xc3\xa9alable de la vente requise, de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence dans le domaine de la vente \xc3\xa0 l\'ext\xc3\xa9rieur

As a Representative - Outside Sales, you will be responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with assigned customers to increase sales and margin of the company\'s products and/or services. Your primary focus will be face-to-face selling and account management activities to meet sales revenue goals by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. There will be a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. You will be expected to engage with all levels of the customers\' organizations including technical, operations, supply chain and executive management. You may be required to develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, proposals and/or product demonstrations.

Responsibilities:
  • Executes and expands assigned customer account plan(s) which is developed in conjunction with management.
  • Executes on billing margin initiatives through value added services, marketing programs, and supplier engagement.
  • Prospects potential customers, including cold calling and developing leads through referral channels.
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Utilizes sales management tools for sales planning, supplier planning and documenting opportunities.
  • Develops and grows product knowledge through WESCO and supplier training.
  • Develops strong relationships with suppliers, including performing regular joint sales calls.
  • Provides quotations directly or in conjunction with sales support team.
Qualifications:
  • High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor\'s Degree is preferred
  • Prior sales experience required, outside sales preferred
  • Two years of industry experience preferred
  • Ability to travel to current and potential clients and suppliers
  • Ability to work flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective communicator both written and verbally
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques (Preferred)
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
Working Environment: Outside Sales - Work is generally performed in an office environment, but employee may need to travel to customer sites or warehouse facilities. Driving may be required for an extended period of time with frequent stops and starts. Can be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
