We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a highly motivated and dependable Representative, Customer Care who will play a key role in our team-oriented environment. The ideal team member is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and will deliver high quality, accurate and courteous information in an efficient and timely manner. This position requires effective communication and keyboarding skills and will report to the Team Lead, Customer Care. The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Work well both independently and in a team environment.
- Have exceptional time management skills and a great work ethic.
- Be organized and have the ability to prioritize work.
- Have a passion and enthusiasm for improvement.
- Be able to work in an environment where interruptions and distractions are expected.
- Convey a positive and friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
- Have sound judgement.
- Understand the importance of team dynamics and common goals.
- Certificate or diploma in Office or Business Administration or three to five years of customer service experience.
- Experience in handling overdue accounts.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite of programs.
- Ability to think analytically and solve problems.
