Your work life:
  • Guaranteed 40 hours a week
  • Department hours:
  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7:30am to 8:30pm
  • Tuesday and Thursday 7:30am to 10:00pm
  • Saturday 7:30am to 4:00pm
  • Open space office environment with up-to-date technology
What will you be doing:
  • Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations
  • Respond to service requests from internal clients (Fairstone employees) to help them implement our procedures and policies and resolve certain problems of a relatively complex nature related to one of our internal applications
  • Assist our branches in making appropriate monetary and non-monetary adjustments to accounts as needed
  • Assist in-branch representatives with management of client's personal accounts and/or submission of loan applications
  • Provide representatives with proper policy and procedures to follow
  • Ability to handle difficult customers independently with limited supervision
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales or call center environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and French is required
  • Work well in a team environment
