Nous recherchons un(e) Repr\xc3\xa9sentant(e) scientifique du service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le pour rejoindre notre \xc3\xa9quipe en pleine croissance! Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

  • Fournir un soutien scientifique et des solutions personnalis\xc3\xa9es aux clients et aux distributeurs par courriel, t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone ou chat en direct.
  • R\xc3\xa9pondre aux probl\xc3\xa8mes des clients, analyser leurs besoins en mati\xc3\xa8re d\'identification et proposer des solutions en fonction du processus en place.
  • Communiquer et collaborer avec notre \xc3\xa9quipe scientifique afin de trouver la meilleure solution d\'identification pour nos clients et distributeurs.
  • Assurer le suivi des demandes afin de garantir la fid\xc3\xa9lit\xc3\xa9 et la satisfaction des clients.
  • Entretenir des relations solides avec les clients en r\xc3\xa9pondant aux questions et aux pr\xc3\xa9occupations avec rapidit\xc3\xa9 et professionnalisme.
Exigences
  • Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en biologie mol\xc3\xa9culaire ou cellulaire ou dans un domaine scientifique connexe.
  • Deux (2) ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience
  • Ma\xc3\xaetrise de l\'anglais, du fran\xc3\xa7ais et d\'autres langues sont un atout.
  • Ma\xc3\xaetrise de Microsoft Office
  • Souci du d\xc3\xa9tail
  • Hautement organis\xc3\xa9
  • Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences interpersonnelles

We are headquartered in Laval, QC with operations in the US, Netherlands, UK and now India. We are looking for a Scientific Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team! Responsibilities
  • Provide scientific support and personalized solutions for clients and distributors via email, phone or live chat
  • Respond to customer issues, analyze their identification needs and impart solutions according to the process in place
  • Communicate and collaborate with our scientific team in order to find the best identification solution for our client and distributors
  • Follow up on queries to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in molecular or cellular biology or related scientific field
  • Two (2) years of experience
  • Fluent in English, French and other languages are an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented
  • Highly organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional work etiquette
