Welcome to Joto! We are a leading distributor of graphic arts and customer imaging products. We provide sublimation products, transfer paper supplies, printing equipment to big and small companies across North America.
At the heart of our company is our Customer Service Team that helps process, support, and troubleshoot our clients requests.
During a work day you would be doing some of this:
Processing telephone and on-line orders
Assisting customers with product and/or service-related issues
Working together with Team members to ensure prompt and efficient order fulfillment
Suggesting additional products and services to customers placing inbound sales calls
Supporting clients with logistical challenges
Outbound Sales Calls and product sampling follow up
Providing management with customer feedback and input on product and industry trends
Attending trade shows when required
Qualifications
A profound willingness to want to help customers succeed
Sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not mandatory
Professional and articulate telephone manner
Strong attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple orders with variable issues in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment
Working proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Familiarity with the graphic imaging industry is an asset, but not mandatory
Strong written and spoken English and French
