The Reporting and Analytics SCM Manager will be responsible for standardizing the look and feel of all supply chain reports, consolidating and streamlining reporting processes to reduce redundancy and improve efficiency. In addition to reporting, the manager will leverage analytics to uncover opportunities for improvement within the supply chain and provide actionable insights.
Minimum Requirements:Post secondary education is considered an asset Background in Data and analytics - with supply chain and financial lens + Strong ability and understanding of supply chain documents and data elements in correlation Accounting and GL accounts is required
+ Strong understand of Supplier classification & categorization, Category strategies, would be preferred
Understanding of Data lakes, and report automation + Including underlying technologies for data merging and validation such as R, or Python or similar
Strong understanding of Maintenance and Operations processes and how Supply chain process support these functional activities Working knowledge of SAP products Experience with Supply Chain data Technical and business knowledge within supply chain systems space Understanding of Source to Pay process Strong understanding of Procure to Pay processes and how data is generated through supply chain processes 5+ years of previous leadership experience Strong understanding of SOX, and process controls Market Intelligence, and category strategy support

Key Accountabilities:Work with SCM leadership and various other stakeholders to develop behaviour based KPI's that help track and accomplish SCM Goals Develop SCM Reporting strategy to support Category or Business queries Work with technical team to evaluate current and future opportunities to automate and consolidate reporting Look for opportunities to integrate with Market Intelligence/industry benchmarking Leveraging knowledge of Supply Chain and the business, look for opportunities for improvement in process, systems and data, and bring forward to your leadership team to discuss Look for opportunities to merge and consolidate reporting and other existing reports Critically analyze and prioritize various requests and the building of reports and logic Assist team with data collection, mapping, validation and dashboard development Perform preliminary data & dashboard validation - prior to business engagement Support Continuous improvement initiatives Maintain current stewardship & project management commitments Oversee current and upcoming new project management and continuous improvement opportunities Work collaboratively with your leadership team, and in alignment of various reporting requirements with other systems and data work. Develop resourcing and succession plan Provide coaching and mentoring to the team, as well as performance management Build positive and constructive relationships with site SCM and various stakeholders of SCM Data/Analytics Work with D&IT on system enhancements and updates to data

Location and other Key Details:You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 - 6th Ave S.W Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
