Reporting Analyst

who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about using data to drive meaningful change. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support both operational and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements for various business functions. Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and relevant reports tailored to stakeholder needs. Analyze healthcare-related data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. Maintain and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using business intelligence platforms. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting outputs. Support ad hoc reporting requests and provide insights to assist with operational and strategic planning. Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.


Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence, preferably in a healthcare environment. Strong understanding of healthcare data, metrics, and reporting standards. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem solving and data analytic skills
