Nous recherchons un(e) Analyste en reporting FP&A rigoureux(se) et motive(e) pour un remplacement d'un an pendant un conge maternite. Vous serez responsable de preparer et valider les rapports financiers et analyses pour nos projets de construction, tout en coordonnant les demandes de tirage et en collaborant avec les equipes internes et externes.

RESPONSIBILITES




Preparer des rapports d'analyse pour les demandes de tirage des differents projets. Coordonner le processus de tirage de financement avec le consultant en couts externe. Collaborer avec les professionnels impliques dans les projets de construction (architectes, ingenieurs, etc.). Valider l'ensemble de la documentation requise pour les demandes de tirage, y compris les tableaux de denonciation et de renonciation. Collaborer avec les departements internes pour le suivi du budget, du reporting et des demandes de tirage. Preparer, compiler et valider les rapports de budgetisation et de previsions. Soutenir la mise en oeuvre de l'outil de reporting base sur l'intelligence artificielle. Preparer des rapports ad hoc selon les besoins.



QUALIFICATIONS




Diplome en comptabilite ou equivalent. Minimum 2 ans d'experience dans l'industrie de la construction. Maitrise avancee d'Excel. Connaissance de Yardi (un atout). Bilingue francais/anglais, a l'oral et a l'ecrit. Rigueur, sens du detail et capacite a travailler de maniere autonome et en equipe dans un environnement dynamique.

FP&A Reporting Analyst

(1 year - mat leave replacement)

Finance Director

Location

: Montreal, Quebec



We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated FP&A Reporting Analyst for a one-year maternity leave replacement. You will be responsible for preparing and validating financial reports and analyses for our construction projects, while coordinating draw requests and collaborating with internal and external teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES




Prepare analysis report for the draw requests of various projects; Coordinate the financing draw process with third-party cost consultant; Coordinate with various professionals (i.e. architects, engineers) on construction projects; Validate all documentation required for the draw request (including denunciation and waiver tables); Coordinate and collaborate with all relevant internal departments on budgeting, reporting and draw requests. Responsible for the preparation, compilation and validation of budgeting and forecasting reports; Support the implementation of the AI reporting tool; Prepare ad-hoc Reporting.



QUALIFICATIONS




Diploma in accounting or equivalent; Minimum +2 years in the construction industry; Advance knowledge of Excel; Knowledge of Yardi (asset) Bilingual spoken and written (French and English). Rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
