You will be involved in planning digital projects as well as augmenting the stations content and special projects.As digital editor, you will also be occasionally responsible for gathering, writing and creating content mainly for the web, radio and all digital platforms.You will write headlines and short copy, adapt general programming content and update CBC/Radio-Canada French Services websites serving Alberta, the Far North and British Columbia in line with corporate standards and policies.You will follow developments in multimedia, mobile media and other related fields and assist with short- and medium-term planning for upcoming publications. You will share your projects deployment plans with teams across the country and ensure maximum exposure for cross-platform productions.You will support the Vidxc3xa9ojournal newscast teams and help develop new formats and special projects for digital platforms and radio.Work is governed by CBC/Radio-Canadas journalistic and programming policies, practices and standards.Advice and guidance are regularly available, but there is latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
