Replenishment Supervisor

Job Description


We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Replenishment Supervisor to join our Inventory Planning and Replenishment team. Reporting to the Manager, Replenishment, you will be responsible for forecasting, replenishing and managing inventory for key categories, while analyzing business results for opportunities and risk. In addition, you will provide support to a team of Level I and II Analysts.

We are looking for someone with solid Supply Chain experience, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as experience supervising or leading a team.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

  • Work directly with and provide team leadership, training, and support to Level I and II Replenishment Analysts, ensuring requirements and processes are achieved and optimized.
  • Accountable for replenishment responsibilities for suppliers / categories as assigned to yourself and your team.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure team is on task with KPI\xe2\x80\x99s, and take corrective action where needed for exceptions and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Planners, Merchandise Managers and other cross-functional teams to ensure project execution excellence in support of category management and open to buy processes.
  • Evaluate system parameters to monitor spend and look for opportunities to reduce inventory and increase turns to maximize sales.
  • Review current practices and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement in replenishment processes and system functionality.
What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:
  • College diploma in Business or Supply Chain with three to five years of related experience including in-depth knowledge and experience with supply chain and replenishment processes.
  • One to two years of supervisory/team lead experience with the ability to support and motivate an effective team.
  • Retail financial business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to support the development of category unit demand plans and forecasts.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written along with strong problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and react to changing situations; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
