Our Inventory Planning and Replenishment Team is looking for a Replenishment Analyst Level I. Reporting to the Replenishment Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various replenishment tasks including expediting, purchase order management, supplier compliance, and reporting. • Please note this is a 12-month contract position.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Perform new item setup and maintain system databases with accurate Supplier and product information.
• Assist with Supplier reviews by checking lead times and supplier forecast requirements.
• Expedite and maintain purchase orders for the team.
• Generate various reports for the Replenishment team on a regular basis to ensure requirements are met.
• Maintain and support the administration of discontinued inventory balances for clearance opportunities.
• Perform general administrative duties as required for the smooth operation of the team.

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

• College diploma in business, inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Retail financial business knowledge would be considered an asset.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook, along with other applicable applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and with a team.
• Ability to prioritize and react to changing situations in a busy, fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of current Home Hardware systems and processes would be considered an asset.
