We are a company working in Precision Ag just outside Muenster, Saskatchewan. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and machinery. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Repair Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing downtime. This is a full time job of 40 hrs/week, with busy seasons that sometimes need overtime hours put in.

Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in equipment and machinery Perform repairs and maintenance on various types of equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve complex issues Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair status and recommendations Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in repair techniques

Experience

Experience as a Repair Technician or similar role in a relevant industry an asset, but are will to train the right candidate Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients A valid driver's license is required depending on the job location
