- Handle all appraisals, work authorizations, repair orders, supplements and warranties.
- Develop and implement follow-up program on appraisals.
- Ensure ongoing communication with adjuster, production staff and customers regarding repair status.
- Inspect repairs and meet with customers when picking up the vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work to resolve any customer concerns or dissatisfaction.
- Maintain complete knowledge and comply with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards.
- Communicate and document repair status to customers and insurance companies.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or similar position.
- Previous experience in the industry is a bonus.
