Repair & Maintenance Personnel
Job Description
Gordon Silver Real Estate is looking to hire 2 hardworking motivated skilled perons with great problem solving skills . Must have knowledge in Carpentry & Basic Plumbing skills
( Examples : Shingle roofs , repair windows & doors , decks & going into crawl spaces , fixing water lines & pipe lines ) Must be able to lift 50 lbs, Available to start ASAP ?
Requirments
*Valid Class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract .
Clean vulnerable sector check
Permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5pm , 40 hours per week . 1 hour lunch break from 12-1 .
Rate of pay will be determined upon experience.
Successful candidates will be contacted for a in person interview !
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
