Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Repair & Maintenance Lead (Electrician). This position is a member of the Repair and Maintenance crew in Regina, SK and the surrounding area. As a Repair & Maintenance Lead you contribute to the safe, efficient and profitable operation of grain handling and/or crop input facilities. You are responsible for the repair and maintenance of high throughput grain handling and crop input facilities, utilizing both in-house and contract maintenance resources.

Qualifications:

Mechanically inclined with relevant maintenance experience

Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent customer service skills

Detail-oriented with demonstrated accuracy

Ability to travel as part of a crew within Southern Saskatchewan and Manitoba is required

Valid Driver's license is required

An agricultural background would be considered an asset

Ticketed Electrician and/or Millwright is considered an asset
