What will be your daily pursuit?:
Train and direct frontline staff to perform their duties to Lake Minnewanka guest experience standards.


This fun, summer job runs from April/May until September/October. Compensation:

What will you do in this job?:

• Leadership of Dockhand/Rentals team
• Sustain a safe environment in all areas controlled by Minnewanka Lake
• Participate in the global effort to keep all areas of Minnewanka clean and wildlife safe
• Be prepared for a fast-paced work environment with changing conditions
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills
• Ensure that a high level of customer service is given to each guest
• Welcome and inform all guests of Lake Minnewanka
• Introduce and enforce safe boating rules
• Operate POS systems; assist guests in completing rental agreement forms
• Provide on water assistance and ensure all guests have an safe and enjoyable experience
• Perform daily checks on rental boats and docks
• Small daily maintenance tasks

What skills and experience do you need for this job?:

• High attention to detail and good communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Mechanically inclined
• Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC), support and course reimbursement provided
• Second language an asset
