We are seeking a driven Rental & Material Handling Sales Representative to support our growing equipment rental division of Kelowna Branch. This role focuses on rental growth, customer relationship management, and material handling equipment sales, including forklifts and related equipment

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Conduct site visits to assess rental needs and recommend equipment solutions. Provide timely and accurate information about rental terms, availability, and equipment specs. Prospect new clients through cold calls, networking, and job site visits. Achieve monthly and quarterly rental revenue targets. Prepare and present rental proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely equipment delivery and pickup. Track rental contracts, extensions, and returns. Follow up on customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively. Maintain accurate records in CRM software (customer details, contact history, deal stages). Provide sales forecasts and activity reports to management..

Qualifications:

at least 3 years of successful heavy equipment rental experience in preferred Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office products Proficiency in both verbal and written communication Effective negotiation abilities and top-notch customer service aptitude Keen attention to particulars Capability to handle multiple tasks, arrange, and rank tasks by importance Experience with Point-of-rentals in a bonus
