Established Residential Property Management Company in South Surrey, with over 38 years of providing excellence in customer service, is currently recruiting a motivated Licensed Rental Property Manager to join our team and service area of North Surrey.

The Licensed Rental Property Manager (Independent Contractor) is responsible for:

Managing single family residential condos, townhouses, and houses in the area of North Surrey.

Supervision and coordination of all residential properties.

Ensure all vacant properties are advertised promptly and properly.

Facilitate site visits and showings of available rental properties.

Review market value of rents to ensure appropriate rental income is established relative to market value.

Report and keep track of any unusual activities at properties to Broker.

Work well with realtors, investors, office administrators and management in a professional manner.

Collaborating closely with office staff providing appropriate documentation and for maintenance issues.

Primary contact for owners and tenants for any property issues, contract, and lease negotiation for managed properties.

Work closely with other licensed Property Managers and be knowledgeable of all properties in the company's portfolio to effectively provide vacation coverage.

Qualifications:

As our licensed Rental Property Manager, you must have:

BC Rental Property Management License or in-progress (as required by BCFSA)

Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral

A strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible hours.

A valid BC Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Self-motivated and able to take initiative.

Able to work independently and work well under direction.

Demonstrate superior customer service skills and utmost professionalism.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
