Position Overview
Birds Nest Properties is seeking a
Sales-Focused Rental Property Manager
to join our growing team. In this hybrid sales and relationship management role, you will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding property owners through our services and building long-term relationships. This role requires a

You will also support strategic business development initiatives in collaboration with our Marketing team, while working closely with our Operations and Leasing teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales
Respond promptly to inbound leads and referrals.
Represent Birds Nest Properties with professionalism and confidence.
Communicate our service offerings and value proposition to prospective clients.
Conduct property assessments and presentations, both in-person and virtually.
Convert qualified leads into signed management contracts.
Business Development
Support marketing-driven outreach and promotional initiatives.
Attend local events and networking opportunities as required.
Track and manage sales activity using a CRM system.
Team Collaboration
Partner with Leasing and Operations teams to transition new clients smoothly.
Maintain strong internal communication to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Provide client feedback to help refine service offerings and processes.
Required Qualifications
Licensed Rental Property Manager
with the
BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA)
- mandatory*
Valid driver's license
and access to a reliable vehicle (automobile allowance provided)
Experience in
residential property management
, preferably in the Greater Vancouver area
Strong
sales acumen
and experience with
commission-based roles
Proficiency in
CRM systems
and Microsoft Office tools
Availability to work
flexible hours

evenings and weekends
Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
Comfortable being
on the road daily
