Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rental Manager to work in our rental property management division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and administrative tasks, along with experience in property management. Preference for currently licensed rental property management professional or unlicensed assistant willing to take licensing course while training. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and proficiency in various software applications.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of rental properties, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction. Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive customer relationships. Conduct property showings and assist potential tenants with the application process. Utilize software and programs for data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records of tenant information and property details. Collaborate with maintenance staff to address property maintenance requests. Develop marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates. Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong administrative skills with experience in data entry and filing systems. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship management. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
