Job Description

Richmond Christian School (RCS) is looking for multiple positions for on-call rental custodians to provide custodial services at RCS campuses during evening and weekend rentals. The ideal candidate will be highly responsible and reliable and have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the facility is available and ready for rentals prior to rental start time. Assuring security of school premises during rental sessions Providing rental groups with access to the designated areas during the rental period. Ensuring rental group participants follow the RCS policies, guidelines and safety protocol in facility usage. Ensuring all furniture are returned to original settings after rentals. Checking all windows, entrances and exit doorways are secured after rentals. Completing incident reports as applicable. Reporting promptly any damage to school property, unauthorized persons and other security concerns during rental periods. Other duties as assigned.
