In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and assisting them with their equipment rental needs. You will leverage your knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers, ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Utilize computer systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle transactions and maintain accurate credit card handling procedures. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to renters. Provide technical sales support by answering customer inquiries regarding product specifications and usage. Maintain an organized and clean sales counter area to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote store promotions. Stay informed about new products, technology trends, and competitor offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Experience in construction or operating equipment is preferred. Familiarity with computer systems for efficient transaction processing.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
