We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and talented Rental Counter Associate who is looking to build a successful career in our fast growing company. This position is considered the Company's front line of contact with the customer.

The role and responsibilities:

Answer incoming telephone calls and walk-in customer inquiries for all rental products. Check in/out rental items. Create electronic quotes, purchase orders, contracts, and sales invoices. Fulfill incoming customer purchase orders. Provide excellent customer service. Demonstrate, explain and troubleshoot proper equipment use. Work indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Maintain a clean and tidy work space. Other incidental or similar duties which may be required from day to day.

The ideal candidate would possess the following:

Previous equipment rental industry or other related experience would be an asset (see below). Self-motivation "people person". A drive to succeed and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract. Excellent organizational, computer, and administrative skills. Attention to detail.

Customer oriented

Good interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal communication skills.

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Able to lift up to 50 pounds. High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn.
