Responsibilities
Achieve monthly targets in terms of rentals and number of visits
Meet the monthly objectives set by the area coordinator
Welcome clients, provide information, and show them the properties
Ensure rental requests are handled according to provided guidelines
Follow up on phone messages within 24 hours
Meet with clients and address their needs regarding renewals, modifications, transfers, etc.Ensure post-rental follow-up
Complete all required job instructions on a tablet
Perform other tasks assigned by the area coordinator
Professional Requirements
Knowledge of computer applications: Word and Excel
Two (2) years of experience in customer service
Technical Requirements
Vehicle with a professional appearance (relatively new and in good condition)
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to different computer systems and any new technology
Familiarity with computer tablets is an assett
Non-technical requirements
Professional approach and awareness of the importance of customer service quality
Excellent learning and problem-solving skillsAvailability for different shifts (evening and weekend)
Flexibility and attention to detail
Ability to take responsibility for one's actions and decisions, including executing them
Excellent communication skills
Effective planning and organizational skills combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
Excellent time management skillsAbility to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality
Ability to remain calm and handle any situation with patience, empathy, and understanding
Ability to work effectively independently (self-management) as well as collaboratively with other associates
Ability to learn and adapt to change quickly
Knowledge of various amenities.

 Ability to communicate clearly in English and French, both orally and in writing
