Rental Agent

Job Description

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their rental needs, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
  • Manage rental bookings and inquiries using our computer systems, mobile devices, and scheduling software.
  • Familiarize customers with rental policies, equipment features, and safety guidelines.
  • Perform equipment inspections to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning.
  • Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently, including documentation and payment processing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other locations through internal chat systems to exchange information and seek assistance when needed.
  • Work independently and demonstrate self-sufficiency in managing daily tasks and customer interactions.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized rental area and ensure equipment is properly prepared and available for rent.
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week Salary: $15.00 per hour Schedule:
  • Evening shift
  • Weekend availability
Experience:
  • Customer service (preferred)
