Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their rental needs, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
Manage rental bookings and inquiries using our computer systems, mobile devices, and scheduling software.
Familiarize customers with rental policies, equipment features, and safety guidelines.
Perform equipment inspections to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning.
Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently, including documentation and payment processing.
Collaborate with colleagues from other locations through internal chat systems to exchange information and seek assistance when needed.
Work independently and demonstrate self-sufficiency in managing daily tasks and customer interactions.
Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly, escalating issues to management as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized rental area and ensure equipment is properly prepared and available for rent.
Willingness to work weekends and evenings as required.
