As Property Management Admin Officer, you will play a vital role in the administration and coordination of residential tenancy matters. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing residential tenancy agreements/lease renewals and processing maintenance requests.
Responding promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Coordinating property inspections conducted by strata management and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Processing monthly rent cheque deposits, supplier invoice payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Updating and managing property databases, and preparing monthly management and financial reports.
Liaising effectively with landlords, tenants, strata representatives, and service providers to ensure high-quality service and communication.
