Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Reno/Handyman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various renovation tasks, showcasing expertise in multiple trades. This role involves working on diverse projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Renovator will be responsible for transforming spaces and enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of residential or commercial properties.

Duties

Painting, Drywall, Mud/taping caulking. Execute construction fire safety caulking tasks to interior and exterior surfaces. Read and interpret a tape Measure Install flooring materials, including, laminate, and tile. Apply caulking in various applications to seal gaps and improve insulation. Operate hand tools safely and effectively to complete renovation tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Experience

Candidates should possess a solid foundation in renovation work with experience in the following areas:

Drywall Mud/tape. Painting. Vinyl Flooring installation expertise across various materials. Experience with caulking applications for sealing purposes. Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in renovation projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
