We're looking for an experienced

Skilled Renovator

to join our team in

Leduc, AB

. With 5+ years of hands-on experience, you'll work on a variety of residential renovation projects. Competitive pay, health benefits, and mileage reimbursement offered.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general renovation work including: Framing, drywall installation & finishing Flooring (various types) Painting and trim work Cabinet and fixture installation Follow project plans, update task progress in app-based tracking system Assist with site prep and cleanup as needed Communicate effectively with team members and clients Suggest improvements to processes or materials to enhance quality and efficiency

Qualifications

Minimum

5 years

of experience in residential renovations or skilled trades Proficiency in multiple trades (framing, drywall, flooring, etc.) Comfortable using digital tools for time and task tracking Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques

Requirements

Valid driver's license

and

reliable vehicle

(required) Ability to commute to Leduc and job sites across Edmonton (mileage reimbursement provided) Ability to haul tools and materials from the shop or suppliers is a strong asset, Truck will be preferred (compensation offered)
