About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Red Seal-certified HVAC Technician

with a minimum of

5 years of post-certification experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and the ability to mentor or guide apprentices and students when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC equipment. Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure systems meet code and manufacturer standards. Keep accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and equipment records. Follow safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. (Optional for ACE/ATTI) Support with hands-on demonstrations or training activities for students when requested.

Required Qualifications

Red Seal Certification in HVAC / Refrigeration (RSE).

Minimum 5 years of experience AFTER receiving Red Seal certification.

Valid Class 5 driver's licence and clean driving record. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Assets

Experience with energy-efficient and green HVAC technologies. Gas certification (Class B or A). Experience in commercial HVAC systems. Experience training apprentices (an asset but not required).
