Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and renovation tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both hand and power tools. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret construction drawings and schematics effectively. As a Renovator, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through restoration, installation, and finishing work.

Duties

Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and construction plans to execute renovation projects accurately. Utilize hand tools and power tools for various tasks Perform concrete forming and framing as part of structural renovations. Execute cabinet installation, flooring installation and finishing carpentry with precision. Conduct restoration work on existing structures to enhance functionality and aesthetics. Estimate materials and labor requirements for projects to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements

Experience in construction or renovation roles preferred, but not necessary. Proficiency in plan reading and understanding of construction schematics. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, concrete forming, carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, and restoration techniques. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with renovation work including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Excellent attention to detail ensuring high-quality workmanship in all aspects of renovation projects. Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
