We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Renovation Laborer to join our crew and support our growing projects.

Overview


As a Renovation Laborer, you'll work alongside our carpenters and tile installers to help complete bathroom renovation projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a strong work ethic, and wants to grow within the renovation industry. A great opportunity to learn the ropes! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled laborer to join our team. This position involves a variety of tasks related to general labor and demolition, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in renovations, painting, cleaning, and construction, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities such as restoration and installation work. A strong work ethic and the ability to perform heavy lifting are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities



Assist carpenters and tile installers with day-to-day renovation tasks. Execute instructed tasks with precision, ensuring high-quality finishes. Support a variety of contractors and tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Support installation efforts for various structures and fixtures as required. Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as necessary on job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Assist in site preparation, such as floor protection, dust wall erection, material handling, and construction cleaning. Show up on time, as scheduled, and travel to local job sites as needed.

Qualifications



Previous experience in residential renovations or construction is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A valid driver's license will be required for transportation to job sites. An operable vehicle is required to travel between job sites. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.

Pay: $19.50-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
