We are seeking a skilled and motivated Renovation Carpenter to join the Top Trade Contracting team. The individual will play a vital role in our projects ranging from residential remodels to light commercial renovations. Duties

Perform renovation tasks in residential and light commercial settings, including but not limited to demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work. Collaborate with project managers, team members and sub trades to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety standards and protocols. Execute tasks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all work performed. Lift and handle heavy materials and tools as necessary. Adapt to various project requirements and communicate effectively with team members to address challenges and improvements.

Skills

Proven experience as a carpenter, with a strong background in renovation projects. Ability to perform various renovation tasks, including demolition, framing, drywall and finishing. Demonstrated capability to work safely and efficiently without supervision. Able to read construction drawings and blueprints. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality craftmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong work ethic and a reliable attendance record. Valid driver's license and transportation to job sites.
