Salesforce is looking for a data-oriented Renewals & Success Plan Sales Operations Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the team territories, opportunities, and quotas are kept up to date with various changes throughout the year and optimizing processes through data-driven insights. The role will maintain critical business processes, improve data quality, and drive new business operations within the Renewals and Success Plan Sales Operation organization.

Responsibilities:

Update and maintain various sets of data including matrix, rule-based assignment rules, opportunity reassignments, area alignments, and quota reissuance in response to personnel changes.

Manage internal case queue(s) inclusive of owning and triaging the request with leader, executing the request, providing status updates to the leader, and closing out the case within the designated time frame

Execute data cleansing, validation, and input activities with acute attention to detail and accuracy for large sets of data

Partner and provide analytical support on strategic decisions related to ongoing territory management and quota issuance

Continue to progress data quality improvement efforts to ensure users are accessing accurate and timely data

Identify, own and drive various productivity enhancements as needed to optimize territory management, quota management, and forecasting operations. Maintain process documentation

May perform other duties or handle special projects as assigned

Required Skills/Experience:

5+ years of analytical experience, ideally in Renewal Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Business Technology, or related fields

Experienced using SQL / SOQL / Python in data analysis and data manipulation.

Strong knowledge of spreadsheet tools, MS Excel / Google Sheets

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Autonomy and drive: Self-motivated with a highly collaborative style, strong influencing skills, and aim to work in a constantly evolving growth environment

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the skills you\'ll use every day for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience automating manual processes using Python

Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect patterns and analyze disparate data

Outstanding problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, synthesize information, and develop solutions and recommendations

Self-starter with a record of success in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively

Strong written business communication and verbal presentation skills

Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce tools and database structure

Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and best use
