PlutoRx connects pet owners with licensed veterinarians and pharmacists, providing virtual solutions for prescriptions and managing chronic conditions.

Position Overview:

We're looking for passionate Veterinarians to join us for a beta test of our telemedicine platform. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with a tech-forward company poised for growth as we approach our launch by December 2025.

As a Telemedicine Veterinarian, you will work on our telemedicine platform, offering prescriptions for routine and chronic conditions. This is a fully remote position with no in-person requirements, allowing you to set your own flexible hours and manage your workload to fit perfectly around your current professional commitments.

Key Responsibilities

:

Reviewing digital intake forms with medication requests via the telemedicine platform. Prescribing medications and treatments for simple and chronic conditions as appropriate. (Note: No emergency or acute care is required.) Maintaining accurate digital patient records in full compliance with Ontario veterinary regulations.

Qualifications

:

Degree in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited institution Valid Veterinary license to practice in Ontario Interest in technology and providing veterinary care through digital platforms Comfortable working with digital platforms and using virtual prescription writing software Excellent communication skills, especially in remote consultations Ability to work independently and manage your time in a flexible, part-time role

Compensation & Benefits

:

Degree in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited institution.

Valid Veterinary license to practice in Ontario Comfortable working with digital platforms and virtual prescription writing software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for remote consultations. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a flexible contractor role.
