ABOUT THE ROLE





The Remote Territory Executive (RTE) is responsible for maintaining and enhancing retailer relationships through virtual interactions. This aspect of the role involves leveraging digital tools and remote working methods to effectively manage and support retailers, developing business growth through relationship building, education, and training. The RTE must be proactive in identifying the needs and challenges of retailers, offering tailored solutions to optimize their performance and satisfaction. This may include conducting regular virtual check-ins, providing timely updates on product offerings, and ensuring retailers have access to necessary resources. Additionally, the RTE should be adept at using analytics to track and measure the impact of their efforts, continually refining their strategies to achieve the best outcomes.

YOUR DAY TO DAY





The RTE is responsible for preparing virtual plans to support and manage retailers effectively within the designated territory through strategic relationship management with the retailer. The RTE will leverage Planning and Deployment packages to manage priorities, build and adjust plans daily, weekly, or monthly.


The RTE is responsible for increasing retailer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional virtual support and service. The RTE will leverage sales and product knowledge, data from various dashboards to understand and address the retailer's needs. He/She/They will provide video and phone calls with utmost courtesy, showing good manners and being polite throughout their conversations.


The RTE will be responsible for implementing virtual trade activation(s) to drive business growth and engagement by leveraging knowledge of the business, relevant trade programs, and store segmentation.


The RTE will be responsible for conducting virtual training sessions to educate retailers on best practices, product knowledge, and sales strategies. He/She/They will leverage the DTE platform, ordering platform (CCB2B), video, and phone calls to ensure the retailer is well equipped to answer any questions from LANU and to provide them (LANU) with great customer service.

This job posting is related to an existing vacancy, and the salary is $75 790 plus variable compensation based on performance.



Please note this role needs to be performed within Canada.
