Pest Launch is a Canadian-owned company operating across Canada and the United States. We partner with home service businesses in industries such as interior cleaning, power washing, furnace and duct cleaning, window cleaning, Christmas light installation, and more. Our mission is to maximize our partners' sales success by closing inbound leads and generating new opportunities through various online advertising channels. Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and text
Accurately enter and maintain client data in company systems, spreadsheets, and CRM software
Assist clients with product and service information, job scheduling, billing inquiries, and issue resolution
Handle and resolve client concerns while confidently overcoming objections
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance the client experience and increase revenue
Manage a high volume of phone calls and client interactions daily
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and clear, professional communication
Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and improve overall customer satisfaction
Be available on-call, 6 days a week, to support incoming lead volume
Base wage + commission, transitioning into full commission once training is completed
Requirements
No prior sales experience needed.
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy required.
Proficiency in English is required.
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving required.
Ability to analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and upsell products/services required.
Experience with Jobber, Go High Level, Slack, and Google Suite are a plus.
Ability to multi-task through different web programs and software required.
Must have reliable access to high-speed internet.
Having your own work equipment (laptop, monitor, headset, cell phone) is a plus.
