Lift Auto Group's (Lift) Centralization team is seeking a well-rounded

Remote

Parts Coordinator.

This role is fully remote with IT Equipment provided. If you have an administrative background or are familiar with autobody parts sourcing this opportunity is perfect. Candidates can live anywhere in

British Columbia

for this role.

Lift currently owns/operates 70+ collision repair centers located in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Yukon Territories with over 950+ employees and plans for continued, sustainable expansion coast to coast.

What does it take to be in consideration?



Automotive parts experience is required. ICBC estimating experience or familiarity with ICBC parts guidelines is a requirement. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and desire to strive for excellence. Exceptional communication skills, strong computer, and basic mathematic skills. Proven track record of high-quality customer service. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize competing tasks. Ability to demonstrate initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and develop additional knowledge.

Career Overview/Responsibilities:



Verifying estimate validity sent from multiple shops across British Columbia. Maintain management systems according to company SOP's. Participate in daily release meetings and be prepared to provide status on all parts/sublet issues. Primary focus will be posting autobody parts invoices for multiple CSN/Lift shop locations across British Columbia. Other duties as required by Manager, Operations & Centralization
