Canco ClimateCare is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Install/Parts Coordinator

to support our growing installation team.

If you're a natural problem-solver who loves keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes, this is the opportunity for you! In this vital role, you'll coordinate everything related to our installs. If you love multi-tasking, logistics and solving problems, this position is for you.

What You'll Do:

? Order and stage HVAC equipment and parts for installations

? Register equipment and warranties with manufacturers

? Schedule and confirm all install jobs and sales leads

? Coordinate between installers, sales team, and service dispatch

? Ensure accurate job entry and payment in ServiceTitan

? Manage warranty claims, returns, and credits

? Keep install schedule, install board, and pricebook up-to-date

? Handle ESA permits, sales templates, audits, and online job requests

? Track install invoices, QuickBooks payables, and commissions

? Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

? Provide excellent customer service

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in admin, coordination, or HVAC/trades support

Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Service Titan and Google Suite

Strong communication and customer service skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure

A proactive, solution-focused team player
